About Amelia

Amelia is a production stage manager and stress management coach, currently based in Las Vegas, Nevada. She is originally from the UK and holds Permanent Residency in the USA. She started her theatrical career in Lansing, Michigan with All-of-us Express Children's Theatre; she owes the well rounded and solid stage manager she is today, to her time spent there.

The first time Amelia worked as a stage manager, the show had a cast of 70, live horses, giant battle scenes involving blackpowder, pyro, and cannon fire. Her introduction to stage management was challenging and powerful - and that has shaped the type of career she has pursued. It is no surprise that she ended up running away with a circus. 

In 2020 when the global pandemic hit, Amelia made her "Pandemic Pivot" into Covid Logistics and Compliance. She worked as a Manager for TWC Logistics, overseeing the shipments of millions of Covid19 testing kits to hospitals and healthcare networks across the United States. She also worked with HBO and Triller Fight Club to ensure film and live sport events made their 2021 comeback safely. 

During the pandemic, Amelia also started her own small business, Standby Wellness, LLC. This business focuses on stress management coaching for stage managers and other entertainment individuals. She is currently working with stage managers across the globe to tackle and bring light to stress management coaching in their field.
